To change Realms, simply press your ESC key while you're not in a duel, and you will see a tab on the right that has two little blue globes on it.

Or if you need someone to help you with a tough quest or instance and can't find anyone, try a busier Realm.
The teleporter for the hidden shop in Krokotopia triggers at different times on different Realms, so if yours isn't active try switching to another one.
